Nairobi — Two public relations organisations will work to market Kenya's tourism in Europe, it was announced Thursday.
The chairman of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK), said his organisation had partnered with the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (PRII) and players in the tourism industry to promote Kenya's image in Europe.
The two associations will seek to reverse the negative image Kenya gained as a result of the post-election violence," said Mr Mutie.
He made the remarks at the Serena Beach hotel in Mombasa, during the official launch of the partnership between the two bodies by PRII president Justin Green.
Among those who attended the function were the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) head of corporate communications Kentice Tikolo, German technical co-operation (GTZ) communications specialist Stephanie Gakuo, Kenya Ports Authority corporate communication officer Harry Abok and Serena hotel general manager Charles Muya.
