Hostesses are said to add more value to the décor of most events. They are most often slim young girls in their late teens or early twenties. Most people say they are beautiful. However, there are conflicting ideas about the role they actually play. But one thing is certain: "serving" the participants of the event is a prerogative.
And this is where the trouble begins. The notion of service is interpreted in different ways by different persons. What is however certain is that special attention is usually given to select only girls. In most cases, commissions are created for the purpose. And do you know that men usually consider working in such commissions a privilege?
During an event recently organised in the country, men involved in the organisation almost tore themselves apart as each one sought to be in the hostess-recruitment commission. Funny! But this couldn't have been otherwise judging from the many advantages attached to the function. One of such is "testing" the hostesses.
And just how this test is conducted, is the million dollar question. But your guess can be as good as mine.
