Angola: Santos And Petro Do Huambo Open Eighth Round At Coqueiros

Luanda — Santos FC and Petro do Huambo will open this Friday afternoon, at Coqueiros stadium, in Luanda, the eighth round of the national first division soccer tournament (Girabola2008).

Both teams came from defeats in the previous round, Santos lost to 1º de Maio de Benguela 0-1, and Petro do Huambo was beaten, at home, with the same result by Recreativo do Libolo.

Santos is in the third position of Girabola, with 14 points, whilst Petro do Huambo lies at the bottom of the table with four points.

1º de Agosto and Petro de Luanda are leading the competition with 17 points each.
