The national women's football team is expected Sunday in northern Malanje province, to continue with the preparations for the Cosafa Cup, to be held simultaneously from May 03 to 19, here and in Huambo city.

In Malanje, the national team will play a control match against junior males' team of Inter de Malanje, at 1º de Maio stadium, where it will compete during the tournament of the Southern African region.

Speaking to ANGOP this Saturday, the provincial director of Youth and Sports, Francisco Inock said that they are preparing a warm reception for the ladies national squad, as a way of encouraging them towards a successful campaign.

Last Thursday, the squad cancelled friendly matches against the mixed team of Luanda and against the junior males' team of Progresso do Sambizanga due to calendar reasons.
