Kuito — Angola's central Bié province gained one more hotel, after the inaugurated Saturday by the coordinator of the central government follow-up group for the province, Social Welfare minister, João Baptista Kussumua.
The hotel dubbed "Hotel Cassoma", built afresh in three years time, is estimated to have cost eight million dollars, comprising 71 bedrooms, among suites, double rooms, couple rooms, all well furnished.
The hotel also has a conference hall, a restaurant, a snack bar, a car park, several service areas and job for 48 people.
At the inauguration, the head of the hotel, Gonçalves Cassoma, thanked for the gesture of BFA bank in contributing with their money, estimated at four million dollars to build the undertaking.
In his turn, Bie province governor, José Amaro Tati, said that the hotel is an added value to the province, because it will contribute to improve accommodations in the province.
The official also said that the province will be well served in the sector.
