Tanzania: Sokoine School in Dire Need of Help

Arusha — Twenty four years after the death of former Prime Minister, Edward Sokoine, who was also the parliamentary representative for Monduli constituency, a school named after him suffers dire conditions.

Edward Moringe Sokoine died in a tragic road accident in Morogoro on the 12th of April 1984 while traveling from a parliamentary session in Dodoma. This week, the country marks the 24th anniversary of his untimely death.
