Ghana: VRA, Tico, Taqa Turn Library Project Into White Elephant

A ¢1.5 billion library complex built to serve students and residents of Abuesi and Aboadze, one of the densely populated fishing communities in the Shama District, has now been turned into a white elephant.

As a result, both students and parents in the above-mentioned communities have expressed grave worry and concern about the continued lock up of the community library project, built to serve students of the two communities.
