Cabinda — The director of the National Institute of Training of Cadres, Justino Jeronimo, on Tuesday here made the official presentation of the steering plan of the Ministry of Education for teachers training, ANGOP has learnt.
Justino Jeronimo, who was speaking at a press conference, at the end of a five-day visit to this province, said that the plan aims at improving the co-ordination and articulation of training programmes for teachers of primary and secondary schools first cycle.'
The plan aims at the creation and implementation of mechanisms for initial, continual and distance training, as well as improvement of performance quality of the different actors in education, namely directors, supervisors and trainers.
The plan will be implemented between 2008 and 2015 and is to comprise 26 courses.
