Angola: Portuguese Environment Minister Jets in

Luanda — The minister of Environment and Territory Arrangement of Portugal, Francisco Nunes Correia arrived this Wednesday in the Angolan capital, Luanda, to attend the CPLP meeting scheduled for Thursday.

Speaking to ANGOP at "4 de Fevereiro" International Airport, the Portuguese minister, who came to the country at the invitation of his Angolan counterpart, Diakumpuna Sita José, said that the event aims at analysing problems that affect Portuguese Speaking Countries Community (CPLP), in terms of environment and other phenomena.

He added that topics such as cooperation in the water sector, biodiversity, water resources, desertification and every other problem worrying member States of the community.
