Eritrean citizens living in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, and its environs reiterated their readiness to safeguard the nation's sovereignty and step up development endeavors through standing alongside their people and government.

The nationals expressed their commitment in a meeting they conducted on April 19 in which briefings on the objective situation in the Homeland and the region was given. The participants also pledged to donate 2,000 crooners each in support of the development drive in the Homeland.

It is to be noted that Eritrean citizens in different parts of the word are conducting public meetings, during which they reaffirmed their readiness to live up to the nation's expectation. They also lauded the Eritrean government's role in promoting peace and stability in the region.
