Angola's national senior male team of basketball will for the third time play the USA and Spain (world champion), according to a draw Saturday in Peking, China.

After the Barcelona Games (Spain92), Atlanta (USA96), the US will again face the African champion in the Olympic Games of China. In the two previous matches, the Angolan team was defeated.

However, Angola surprisingly beat Spain in the Games of 1992, in that European country.

Besides the USA and Spain, group B includes Argentina (Olympic champion), Australia, Iran, Lithuania, Russia, plus a team from the pre-Olympic.

The Olympic Games will take place in August this year in China.
