Angolan ruling MPLA party president José Eduardo dos Santos offered on Sunday at the communal headquarters of upper Hama in central Huambo provinca Land Rover to the King of Bailundo Ekuikui IV "Katehiotololo", Angop learnt.

The car was handed over by the assistant coordinator for the electoral campaign of MPLA party, João Lourenço, in light of a political act of masses, in the sequence of an activity held on Saturday in Huambo city, which was also attended by the king.

King Ekuikui IV of Bailundo, accompanied by one of his wives, thanked the gesture of President Dos Santos, at the same time expressed satisfaction for the rehabilitation of the roads and improvement of Bailundo population living conditions.

Speaking to the press Ekuikui IV, 92, announced that next September, on the occasion of the legislative elections, he will say something important to the Angolans.
