Windhoek — Once again the lights were left burning at several office buildings, Government Ministries and the Windhoek Municipality over the weekend.
The Sanlam Centre is once again the biggest culprit with lights burning on nearly every floor of the large building. More lights were also left on this time at the GIPF building compared to the last time the building was photographed. A new culprit was the Fiscus building of the Ministry of Finance, where a light was left on on every floor.
