Lagos — The capital market, as other sectors of the economy, has its own share of challenges. For the operators and regulators in the sector, the greatest of these challenges is what they refer to as 'insider trading".

But to the ordinary man, the challenges are better referred to as infractions which have the potential to distort the dynamism of wealth creation through investment in quoted shares.
