The Cabinet Council Wednesday here approved the decree that establishes the Entrepreneurial Foment Fund, the Report of Budgetary, Financial and Patrimonial Execution for the year 2007 and the Financial Programming of the National Treasure of the second half of 2008.

Presided over by the Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, the meeting, which ends this Wednesday, also approved the regulations on the protection at old age, on the regime of self-employed workers and on the protection of the clergy and religious entities, among others.

The Cabinet is meeting since this Wednesday morning at the Presidential Palace, in Luanda.
