Kampala — The government on Tuesday laboured to explain the existence of a ministry dedicated to the affairs of Luweero Triangle, the battle ground of President Museveni's five year guerrilla war.
This comes 22 years after the war. Trouble began after members of Parliament on the Presidential Affairs Committee quizzed Luweero Triangle Minister William Nyombi Thembo over unpaid arrears in war claims that the government owes victims of the National Resistance Army war.
