Kampala — The death of Pamela Abwoori Bashasha is a blow to the country, President Yoweri Museveni has said. Bashasha, 35, an employee of the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), died in India after a long battle with the liver cancer.
Museveni, in a message read by presidential adviser Ezra Kikuri, said Bashasha still had a lot to offer to the country.
