Officials with the organs of political co-operation, defence and security of the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) started to arrive in the country on Thursday for a two-day meeting, on May 02-03, to debate matters relating to the regional organisation, ANGOP has learnt.

In Angola are already the teams of Tanzania and Swaziland, who jointly with Angola that presides over the organ, compose the Troika.

Meanwhile, the chiefs of Staff of the SADC member states' armed forces are to meet on May 05-08, whereas the Police Commanders are to gather on May 11.
