Angola: Ecclesia Radio Station Promotes Conference On Press Freedom

The Catholic Church-owned radio station "Ecclesia" is holding this Saturday, in Luanda, a live radio-conference, with the theme "Freedom of Speech in times of lections"

The conference is happening in the ambit of the Freedom of Press International Day, being marked this Saturday.

According to the organisers the conference comprises four panels, with themes like ethics, truth and the right to information in times of elections, democracy and human rights, and citizens' access to information.

The programme is getting contributions from journalist, religious entities and the society in general.
