Luanda — Angolan writer Artur Pestana "Pepetela" is due to release next Tuesday in Luanda his latest book entitled "O Quase Fim do Mundo", Angop has learnt.

Published by Dom Quixote publishing house, this is the 13th work by Pepetela in which history and fiction have a relation.

The Angolan writer and sociologist started his career in the "70s with the book "As Aventuras de Ngunga" and authored other works such as Muana Puo, Mayombe, O Cao e os Calus, Yaka, Lueji, Nascimento de Um Imperio, A Geraçao da Utopia, among others.
