Benguela — The Zimbabwean national woman team on Saturday defeated Zambia by 1-0 in the opening match of COSAFA Tournament played at municipal stadium of Benguela.
The only goal of the match was scored by Elizabeth Chavangana, in two minutes, following a shot outside of the goal-post guarded by Zambian keeper Miriam Katamanda.
COSAFA Female Cup is taking place in two provinces of Angola, namely Malanje and Benguela.
