Beira — Angola's senior males football team coach, Oliveira Gonçalves, on Sunday in Beira City (Mozambique) said that Angola and Mozambique have possibilities to qualify for the next stage of the African Nations Cup for home based players (CHAN), which is set for Cote d'Ivoire, in 2009.
Speaking to the press, after Sunday' 1-1 draw against Mozambique, Oliveira Gonçalves said the two teams have good players, and, therefore, either squad can win the second-leg game on May 18, in Luanda.
"The two teams have possibilities to qualify as they performed a good football during the 90 minutes of the match and nothing is defined".
On his opinion, Mozambique have some advantage, in relation to Angola, as they have already played three games in this competition.
