Some based Super Eagles coached by Okey Emordi, will today file out against the stallions of Burkina Faso in the first Africa Nations Championship qualifier scheduled for the U. J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar.
Emordi said the home based Eagles will not under-rate Burkina Faso, but will go ahead to win the match as he is well prepared for the crucial encounter.
The former Enyimba Coach who called up 30 players from the domestic league for the encounter said, "We are ready for the match, and I have confidence in the players I have in camp. This is a match we need to win and we will not fail to do that," he said.
"One thing I will not do is to under-rate any team because this is the first edition of this championship and everybody wants to be there"
NFA chairman, Sani Lulu however thanked the Cross River State Government who has not only agreed to co-host but also to co-sponsor the team to the championship.
