Windhoek — With only a few matches left before conclusion of proceedings in the Southern Stream Division One League, the league is turning into a circus with a significant number of teams failing to honour their league obligations.
Last weekend saw no less than four "walkovers" from the eight matches scheduled in the nationwide second tier division - a situation that has the potential to reduce the league into a mockery.
