Uganda: Congolese Con Kenyan Doctor

Two Congolese nationals, Hasan Bin Said, and Tegan Ahmed, have been held by Police in Kampala on allegations of defrauding USD 350,000 from a Kenyan Doctor.

The two Congolese conned Dr. Ngegwa Julius while in Kenya, promising to sell him gold.

Police deputy public relations office, Judith Nabakooba said the two were arrested while in Uganda, allegedly on their way to sending the gold to Dubai for purification, through Entebbe airport.
