Ghana: Krif Ghana to List On the Stock Market

Management of Krif Ghana Limited on Tuesday disclosed that it has plans of listing its business on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) to give Ghanaians the opportunity to own part of the company whilst maximizing profit.

According to the management, the idea of the company been listed on the stock market came to light about four years ago, but because of reasons beyond their control, they had to shelf the idea.

Mr. Kennedy Okosun, Chairman of Krif Ghana Limited at a press soiree in Accra, noted that his outfit believes in business expansion whilst maximizing profit for its shareholders.

According to him, his outfit has always done things in a prudent way which has enabled it to chalk successes over the past twenty-two years of existence on the local market and has enabled them to become leaders in the stationary industry. "We are going to expand, and by expanding we shall surely enlist on the GSE which will give us room to operate in order to grow," he said.

Meanwhile, the company is embarking on a customer delight promotion to reward its valued customers with free maintenance and delivery, free customer display unit, free-after-sales service for the first six months and one year warranty, with any money counting machine that is bought.

The offer, which is an instant take away of GH¢ 100, also seeks to maintain the company's valued clients who have been loyal in doing business with the company.

The promotion, dubbed 'cash back offer', takes effect on various brands of money counting machines, coin counting machines, coin sorters and counterfeit detectors from leading manufacturers worldwide. The promotion takes effect between April 21 and May 31 this year.

The company represents renowned manufacturers in Europe, Asia and the Gulf region such as Herlitz, Tung Yung Stationery Manufacturing Limited and Farook International Stationery of United Arab Emirates (UAE).
