Uganda: New Investigations Firm to Check Fraud

Kampala — A new company that aims at denying fraudsters the opportunity to rip off organisations, has opened in Kampala. Scorpion Investigations Limited was born out of the fact that fraud is a major crime affecting the operations of many companies, denying them profits.

Located at Crested Towers, the firm has been in operation since January, Gilbert Guma, its boss said. Guma disclosed that the $120,000 (about sh180m) investment can detect the origin of fraud in any company.
