The education ministry has always concentrated on trivia like discouraging holiday teaching as if that is the worst problem in schools.

It is far more important for the officials to be more concerned with safety in schools. For example, if the ministry knew how overcrowded our schools were, maybe the Budo tragedy would have been averted.
