UíThe provincial management of Angola's National Institute of Roads (INEA) in northern Uíge province faces a shortage of equipment and human resources in order to rebuild and maintain secondary and tertiary roads in the region.

The lack of materials was announced to Angop on Friday, by INEA's director in Uíge, Fernando Ribeiro, who added that there are a lot of degrading roads which need rehabilitation.

´´The company's equipment is obsolete, and it is hindering the restoration and maintenance of roads in the province´´, said the official.
