Chairman of the Lagos sub-seat of the FIFA U-17 World Championship Chief Amanze Uchegbulam has been queried by the Main Local Organising Committee for the tournament for going ahead to announce the Lagos sub-seat of the event taking place next year in Nigeria.

Uchegbulam, who incidentally is also the 1st Vice Chairman of the Nigeria Football Association (NFA), was asked to explain why he went ahead to realise the names of the committee without first getting clearance from the Main LOC.

The query, which was signed by the CEO of Nigeria'09, Mainassara Ilo was copied the LOC Chairman Alhaji Sani Lulu Abdullahi, who is also NFA Chairman.

Ironically both the FA boss and his vice will be returning to Nigeria this morning after going to England to meet national team players and also introduce newly appointed Super Eagles coach Shaibu Amodu to them.

It is believed that the FA 1st Vice Chairman used his closeness to the Lagos State Governor Babatunde Fashola to go ahead to release the names without securing the approval of the larger organising body. It is the only sub-seat membership that has so far been announced.
