More than 180 people employed in the tourism and hospitality services sector attended a specially designed Tanzania Host training programme at Arusha Hotel Training Institiute last week.

The Tanzania Host training programme concentrated on ensuring a quality welcome for all visitors coming to Tanzania. Fruits of the programme are likely to be enjoyed by the about 3000 delegates to the 8th Leon Sullivan meeting early next month.

The training was organized by the Tourism Training Programme. TTP is a project under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and is supported by the European Union through EDF funding.
