Chama Cha Mapinduzi sought yesterday to absolve itself from blame over the stalled Mwafaka talks in Zanzibar and portrayed Civic United Front (CUF) as an "insincere" partner in the negotiations.
CCM said in a press conference that CUF had demanded at least three ministerial positions in the current Zanzibar government as the Mwafaka talks progressed.
