Luanda — The Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, Monday in Luanda received a message from his Republic of Congo's counterpart, Dennis Sassou Nguesso.
The special envoy of Congolese president, Edouard Roger Okanda, who came to Luanda with this purpose, did not reveal the contents of the message, addressed to the Angolan leader José Eduardo dos Santos.
At the end of the audience, held at the Presidential Palace, in Luanda, the Congolese envoy stressed the excellent relations between the two neighbouring countries, which in his opinion are in consolidation stage.
