A private security guard in Limbe, Elvis Ajebe, was stabbed dead Thursday, May 8, at the heart of the famous Church Street, Limbe by a supposed sex worker, Bibiane Manga.
Police sources told The Post that the incident took place at about 1:00 am following a scuffle that ensued between the two. Ajebe was reportedly on duty on Wednesday, May 7. After work, he allegedly decided to take a leisure trip to this popular joint in town.
At the joint, witnesses said they saw him at a casino and he later left for a drinking bar where he found a supposed sex worker. Witnesses said a quarrel ensued between the two which came close to a brawl but for the intervention of nearby people.
After Ajebe had been restrained from beating the girl, she reportedly dashed to a nearby bar, grabbed a bottled, chopped off its end and stabbed Ajebe on the throat with it. Ajebe died minutes later, while Bibiane was arrested and taken to the Limbe police station where she is presently being detained.
Prior to her act, The Post learned, she had been released from police custody two weeks back when the police, during one of their raids in town, webbed her alongside others.
