When Lobatse-based Extension Gunners take on Gaborone giants, Township Rollers, at the National Stadium tonight (Friday), a lot will be at stake.

First, Gunners coach, Daniel Chico Nare will be out to revenge on his former employers. Rollers fired Nare unceremoniously this season and the youthful coach has never looked back but got a job at Gunners, his former team during his playing days and didn't disappoint.

Nare's replacement at Rollers, Zambian Dickson Ngwenya, has found the going rather tough. His side has always let what looked like potential wins into last minute draws. Gunners were victorious in the first leg and Rollers will be going all out for attack.

When contacted for comment, Gunners mouthpiece, Cassim Dada, told Voice Sports on Wednesday night that every game that they play is a big game.

"We have two things in mind now; the first is obviously to avoid relegation while we also believe we can still go all the way to the top eight. We are still not convinced that the 33 points we have are not enough to avoid relegation. We beat Rollers in the first round and, as far as we are concerned, at Gunners, there is no team which is unbeatable. All teams can be beaten even Centre Chiefs; it is just to be in the right frame of mind," Dada said

His counterpart at Rollers, Molatlhegi Mangole was, as usual, optimistic that they will not have a problem with Gunners.

"When you play Rollers it is like playing a big team from South Africa like Kaizer Chiefs. Gunners is the team under pressure, they have counted their chickens before time. We know how to beat them. Never mind that they beat us in the first round and they are the ones we now want to play and pay them back. We have managed to get good results against all the big guns in the league so Gunners won't be a problem," Mangole said

At press time, Wednesday, Dada said they had no injuries in the team.

"Injuries come and go and as far as we are concerned we are safe, we are playing our hearts out and are very much committed to repeat what we did in the first round," said Dada.

As for Rollers they only had one absentee in Boniface Zolo Makolo, who is out injured.

"We, however, don't have a big problem because we have a bunch of players and we dominate all the national teams which shows just how good we are. The only problem has been that we can't gel as a team because we keep on losing players to national camps every now and then," Mangole explained.
