Angolan Foreign minister, João Bernardo de Miranda, Tuesday in Luanda analysed with his Cameroonian counterpart, Henry Eyebe Ayssi, the state of cooperation between the two countries.
At the end of the audience, Henry Eyebe Ayssi said the meeting served for a discussion of matters concerning bilateral cooperation between the two countries that, to him, has been positive.
The Cameroonian official added that the meeting also discussed issues related to the ministerial meeting of the UN Consultative Committee on security in Central Africa scheduled to take place Thursday in Angola.
"This is a previous consultation, as the experts are meeting at the moment, but we have found it necessary to exchange points of view," he stressed.
The Cameroonian minister also said that the audience served for him to thank the Angolan authorities for the opening of the air connection by the Angolan Airline (TAAG), between Luanda and Yaoundé (Cameroon).
On the other hand, he added that the parties discussed as well the Angolan Government support for the Cameroonian candidacy for the post of commissioner for the African Union Trade Affairs, following consultation between the two governments.
He further said that other routes of cooperation are being considered by the respective heads of State, he would not mention.
