Nigeria: Resourcery Ltd Wins 2007 Cisco Award in Huwaii

Resourcery Limited, Nigeria's foremost ICT Company has recently added another award to its basket of awards and achievements at the Cisco partner summit in Hawaii which took place on April 10, 2008 as Cisco Unified Communication(UC) won partner of the year 2007 for the whole of Middle East and Africa.

Previously, Resourcery had won the Cisco Unified communication partner of the year for Africa alone, this time they have gone a step further to win the award for the whole of Africa and Middle East inclusive. Resourcery is the first African company to achieve this feat.

Every year, Channel partners from around the globe gather together to discuss Cisco's strategy and innovations. The highpoint of this year's event was the presentation of the award of excellence to Resourcery as Cisco Unified Communication partner of the year, 2007 .The solutions manager for UC, Bisike Uba said: "Winning this award by Cisco Unified Communications is paying off. This shows that Resourcery is the most preferred and skilled indigenous company to design, implement and support a UC solution anywhere within Nigeria and Africa as a continent. This is in line with the vision of the company to empower it's customers through technology".

Speaking further, he said that Resourcery is committed to ensuring that the right skills are available to deploy and provide world class solutions to leading organisations in and outside Nigeria.

Resourcery Limited has in the past, won various prestigious awards from Cisco. It became the first Nigerian company to attain the Cisco silver partnership for Africa,

emerged the first Advanced Unified Communications partner in the Emerging Africa region. This award is among other awards in previous years including Security Partner of the Year and that of Partner of the year Award.
