Lagos — THE funeral ceremonies for the late leader of the pan-Yoruba socio- cultural group, Afenifere, will gulp over N150 million as each governor of the six South- Western states is to contribute N25 million toward the burial.
The decision to contribute the money, impeccable sources said, was taken at a meeting of the governors with the Adesanya family in Lagos.
The governors, having agreed to give the late Yoruba leader a state burial were said to have also agreed to contribute the money and appointed Governor Olugbenga Daniel of Ogun State as their coordinator.
