A seminar on the disarming process of citizens in illegal possession of fire-guns is taking place since Tuesday in the Southern Cunene Province, in a promotion of the local government, ANGOP has learnt.

The seminar opened and chaired by the deputy governor for social and economic affairs, Jeronino Halenge, flanked by the national director of prison services, Jorge Mendonça Pereira, and the local police chief, Manuel Gouveia.

Attending the seminar are members of the local government, police officers, army officials and representatives of the civil society.
