Angola's Social Welfare minister, João Baptista Kussumua, started early Wednesday afternoon presenting in Ndalatando city, the Government 11 commitments on children protection, to the authorities of northern Kwanza Norte province.

The Cabinet minister is also explaining the mechanisms for the implementation of the compromise at national, provincial and municipal level to the members of the government, religious and traditional authorities of the region, in a meeting taking place at the conferences hall of the city.

Among issues being presented by Social Welfare minister are "Child protection network", "Guidelines for inclusion in municipal and provincial budgetary plans.

João Baptista Kussumua, who arrived this morning in Ndalatando, has already held talks with the provincial governor, Henrique Júnior, and disabled people.

He also visited the local community children centre.
