Angola: Ensa Presents Literature Collection

Huambo

A literature collection of 120 books by twelve Angolan writers was presented Wednesday in Huambo City by the Angolan National Insurance Company (ENSA), as part of the firm's 30th anniversary celebration.

Named "ENSA-Literature", the exhibition is made up of various literature works, among them novels, folk tales, poetry, essays and short stories.

Some authors of this literature works include Boaventura Cardoso (country's current Culture minister), Jacques Arlindo dos Santos, Carlos Ferreira, Ondjaki, Henrique Abranches, Fernando Costa Andrade "Ndunduma", Alberto Oliveira Pinto, Dario de Melo, Isaquiel Cori, Jimmy Rufino and Amélia Mingas.

A manager of the company, António Augusto Songola said this comes a gift for the public, lovers of literature, as well as a way of contributing for the cultivation the reading habit in the population.
