Eritrea: Different Leaders Send Messages of Congratulations

Leaders of different countries sent messages of congratulations to President Isaias Afwerki in connection with the 17th Anniversary of Independence Day.

They are Presidents Lee Myung - Bak of the Republic of Korea, Vaclav Klaus of the Czech Republic and Heinz Fischer of the Republic of Austria, as well as Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, King Harald V of Norway and Michael Jeffery, Governor General of the Commonwealth of Australia.

In their messages, the leaders wished President Isaias good health and success at work, as well as peace and prosperity to the Eritrean people. Moreover, they asserted that they strive to further strengthen relations with Eritrea for mutual benefit.
