The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has sent an air ticket to defender Erasto Nyoni of Burundian club Vital'O ahead of Taifa Stars' World Cup qualifier against Mauritius in Dar es Salaam on May 31.
TFF secretary-general Fredrick Mwakalebela said Vital'O had agreed to release Nyoni, adding that the player was expected to arrive in Dar es Salaam on Sunday.
He thanked the Burundian club for agreeing to release Nyoni for national duty ten days before Stars host Mauritius at Dar es Salaam's new stadium.
"Fifa rules state that clubs are supposed to release players at least five days before matches involving national teams, but Vital'O have agreed to release Nyoni ten days before the game against Mauritius.
We thank them very much for this," Mwakalebela said.
He said Oman-based striker Haruna "Boban" Moshi had arrived in Dar es Salaam and was expected to report to camp on Sunday.
Other Tanzanian internationals plying their trade abroad, Meshack Abel, Danny Mrwanda and Nizar Khalfan, have already linked up with the team.
In another development, Mwakalebela said Ashanti United player Adam Kingwade had been recalled to the team ahead of the qualifiers.
Kingwade was dropped from the squad that played Kenya and Uganda in the African Nations Cup qualifiers for locally based players.
Mwakalebela said Kingwade would fill the gap left by Abdi Kassim and captain Henry Joseph, who are nursing injuries.
Meanwhile, Stars head coach Marcio Maximo said the team would go for a win against Uganda in the return leg in Kampala tomorrow.
He said Stars would go flat out for a win despite having beaten the Ugandans 2-0 in the first leg in a fortnight ago.
"The players will be under instructions to attack right from the first whistle.
We will not allow the home team to dictate terms.

We intend to be quite a handful for them," the Brazilian said.
