Nigeria: Pfizer Begins Awareness Campaign On Cardiovascular Diseases

Multinational Pharmaceutical Company and world leader in cardiovascular medicine, Pfizer has announced plans to conduct free screening for members of the public against the dreaded condition and other heart-related diseases.

In a statement signed by the Managing Director, Pfizer Nigeria/Country Manager, Nigeria and East Africa (NEAR), Mr. Enrico Liggeri, disclosed that the free public screening exercise took off in Lagos on the World hypertension Day and would run intermittently throughout the year in different parts of the country.
