The District Police Command of Andulo, in the central Bié Province, announced this Tuesday the discovery of one more magazine with several war materials.
Speaking to ANGOP, the corporation´s commander in Andulo District, first superintendent Francisco Bom Ano, said that the discovery was possible thanks to a denunciation from the population.
Among the material which was found, there are 15 arms of the AKM types, one Stirling gun, one G3, one anti-tank missile, various grenades, shells and ammunitions of different calibres.
Francisco Bom Ano assured that the National Police have been sensitising local populations and chieftainships to collaborate in denouncing and discovering hidden weapons, as well as handing over material in citizens' illegal possession.

This is the fifth weapons magazine found in Andulo District, totalling more than 4,000 explosive devices, besides fire-arms and other materials.
