A Dar es Salaam court yesterday issued an order to the prosecution in the case facing Democratic Party (DP) leader Rev Christopher Mtikila to wind up its evidence to allow the respondent to tender his defense.
Kisutu Resident Magistrates' Court issued the order after the case had been adjourned three times due to the prosecution failure to present a witness to testify before the court.
