Kampala — The trial of the leader of Muslims in Uganda Sheik Shaban Mubajje has flopped at the Buganda Road Chief Magistrates court.
The case in which Mubajje is on trial for alleged fraudulent sale of Muslim land did not take off due to the non appearance of his co-accused Hassan Basajjabalaba a city property tycoon.
Basajjabalaba was reported to be out of the country on health grounds.
