Kampala — Members of Parliament from Acholi sub-region are due to address the media over the proposed land amendment bill.
The bill which seeks to rationalise the relationship between landlords and tenants has drawn sharp criticism from Buganda Kingdom and the Acholi sub-region.
While the Government argues that the Bill will stop rampant forced evictions, critics argue that the Bill is a ploy for Government to take over land.
