Education minister António Burity da Silva announced last Tuesday at Kissanga Kungo locality, in Kwanza Sul Province´s Cela District, that the inauguration of the local High Institute ends the first phase of the education sector's project in the country, in a total of 20 schools, financed by the Eximbank of China.

The government official who was speaking at the inauguration of Cela Agriculture Institute, did not state the financial amount that was invested, but explained that they are projects which are not only part of the government's social programme, but are also in line with President José Eduardo dos Santos' concerns and plans to increase and improve the education network in the country.
