The Journalists Training Centre (Cefojor) promotes on May 27, in Luanda, a lecture on electoral coverage, under the preparation of the legislative elections scheduled for September.

According to a statement that ANGOP had access to, the lecture will be delivered by the journalists Judith Matloff, journalism lecturer at Columbia University (New York, USA), and Victor Silva, director of the private weekly newspaper "Novo Jornal" (Angola).

The event will also debate the theme "experience of electoral coverage in Angola- the 1992 elections".

The Journalists Training Centre has been organising training and information courses, with the objective of boosting the potential of journalists, aiming for a better professional engagement in the elections.
